Q: Where is my order?
UK Customers - Most orders will arrive in 1 - 2 working days, however please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us.
Non UK Customers - Most orders should arrive within 7 days, however, please allow 14 working days before contacting us.
Q: Have you posted my order yet?
99% of orders are picked, packed and posted within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
If you order before 2pm we aim to have your order posted on the same day.
Q: How do I claim my free charms?
Simply pay for your order and then email us to choose your additional free charms.
Please email us immediately after you place your order, as we pick and pack orders very quickly.
Q: How are the charms packed & presented?
Your charms will arrive in either a black velvet presentation pouch or an organza pouch.
We send all orders in plain padded envelopes.
